Safety Systems
RPM Construction is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone on its job sites — including both RPM employees and subcontractors. To support this commitment, the company appointed a full-time Safety Director responsible for overseeing all safety programs and training initiatives, from fall protection and equipment operation to ongoing compliance education. In addition, all RPM foremen are OSHA trained and certified in First Aid and CPR, reinforcing a culture of safety across every project.
Scaffolding
RPM Construction has also invested in the Frame Pro Scaffolding System — a versatile and efficient solution for stocking and installing nearly any floor or roof system. The system is designed for simplicity, allowing subcontractors to assemble and operate it with ease. When used properly, it meets safety standards without requiring additional fall protection and is typically utilized at heights below six feet from the floor.
Rail Systems
In addition to the Frame Pro Scaffold system, RPM has implemented an exterior rail system that enhances job site safety. This durable and reliable system provides secure perimeter protection along exterior edges and, in some cases, interior areas such as stairwells and shaft openings. It is designed for quick installation and removal, offering flexibility for use at both floor and roof levels.
The Window Jack
RPM Construction has also invested in the Window Jack© system — an innovative tool designed to safely and efficiently install windows in areas where traditional methods are limited or impractical. This device provides a secure platform for installers, improving precision and reducing the risk of damage or injury during window placement. Its versatility makes it ideal for multi-story framing projects and tight-access locations, further enhancing RPM’s commitment to safety and efficiency on every job site.
